Metamorphoz has over 30 years of experience in training evaluation, instructional design and learning theory. Metamorphoz was founded in 1996 with the vision of transforming organisation performance through training delivered to staff that is both job focused (minimal over and under training of content) and includes effective learning strategies. 

Metamorphoz has worked with public and private sector clients, collaborating with talented, like-minded people who understand the importance and need for quality training.

 The name ‘Metamorphoz’ reflects the metamorphosis that occurs when staff are empowered, through effective training, to perform a new skill safely and confidently.
